Hi! My name is Angela, but I go by Angie! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker born and raised on the South Side of San Antonio. Growing up, my heart was always in helping others in whatever capacity I could and I envisioned a life where I could give back. After graduating with a Bachelors of Arts in Biology from Texas A&M-San Antonio in 2011, I got a job as an associate scientist and quickly realized that my calling was still in helping others. In 2016, I graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University with a Masters in Social Work and in 2019, I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Throughout my career, I have worked in the non-profit sector, education system and private practice, servicing individuals as young as 3 to individuals in their 90s. I have helped clients work through issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and trauma, in both individual and group settings. The most important part of therapy for me is the relationship that I build with the person who is in front of me. Through trust, empathy, respect and compassion, I believe that I can provide a safe space for anyone to openly share. I’m here to help you and I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of your journey. And when I am not at work doing what I love, I enjoy working out, spending time with family and friends and dancing any chance I get.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am pleased to work with individuals, families and groups in the counseling setting. My experience lies as an adolescent and adult therapist in a number of settings from clinical care to hospice and was able to offer both individual and group counseling. This experience allowed me to provide individual counseling to clients, their family members, and caregivers as they navigated through life’s journey. I am motivated by relationships and creativity, believing there is beauty to be found in every stage of life. I take a systematic approach to counseling by seeking to understand the complexities of life and how they impact my clients. I believe in the power of prayer, the importance of acceptance, and the ability to overcome. I have worked with clients aged 7 to 103 years old! I believe my purpose is to encourage my clients to forgive their past, embrace their present, and anticipate their future.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in San Antonio, Texas, dedicated to supporting adults aged 18 to 65 on their paths toward growth and healing. I earned my Master of Arts degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio and have been providing clinical services since 2008. I have had the privilege of helping clients overcome personal challenges, build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Throughout my career, I have had the honor of working with a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, active-duty military personnel, and people from a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures, and life experiences. These extensive experiences have allowed me to develop a broad and adaptable therapeutic approach, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, experiences, and goals.

My approach to counseling is grounded in collaboration, empowerment, and respect. Together, we will clarify your personal goals and build a personalized treatment plan that serves you. I am here to help you achieve the goals you set for yourself, not to direct your decisions or tell you what to do, but to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can gain greater insight, strengthen your confidence, and discover your own solutions. Grounded in the principle that "we are what we know", I focus on helping you gain the self-knowledge and clarity needed to create lasting change.

Hi, my name is Christina! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I was born in Laredo, TX and grew up in various Texas border towns, but now call San Antoino my home. I have 8 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families. I provide services in English and Spanish and work with individuals struggling with anger, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, school issues, family relationships, and trauma. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and safe enough to begin healing. Therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs. My style is warm, conversational, and interactive, which means we will work together rather than follow a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we can identify patterns, build coping tools, strengthen self-awareness, and work toward your goals. I want you to leave sessions feeling understood, supported, and more confident in your ability to manage life’s challenges. If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you on your path toward healing and growth.
